What a top-up is, how to find your Player ID and server, and how to complete a top-up correctly the first time.
A top-up adds in-game currency or items — diamonds, UC, gold, passes and more — straight to your game account.
The single most important step is entering the correct Player ID (and server, where the game uses one). This guide shows you how to get it right.
What you're buying
Each game uses its own currency or items (for example diamonds, UC or gold). Pick the package you want, and after payment the amount is credited directly to the account ID you provide — there's no code to redeem for most direct top-ups.
Finding your Player ID
Your Player ID (sometimes called User ID or Game ID) is shown on your in-game profile. Open the game, tap your profile or avatar, and look for the numeric ID — that's the value you enter at checkout.
Some games also require a Server or Zone ID. When a product asks for it, enter both exactly as they appear in your profile.
Choosing the right region & package
Many games have region-specific versions (for example Global, SEA or a country edition). Make sure the product region matches your game account, and select the package amount you want before paying.
Avoiding common mistakes
- Double-check every digit of your Player ID before paying — top-ups go to the ID you enter.
- Confirm the Server/Zone if the product asks for one.
- Match the product region to your game account's region.
- Make sure you've selected the correct package amount.
