Accepted payment methods
Depending on your region you can pay using:
- Your FlashTopup wallet balance — the fastest way to check out.
- Cards and popular local payment methods.
- Crypto, including Binance Pay where enabled.
Using your wallet balance
Topping up your wallet once and paying from your balance is the quickest way to order — there's no need to re-enter payment details for every purchase, which is ideal if you buy regularly.
Add funds from the Wallet page using any supported method; your balance is available immediately after the top-up is confirmed.
Our refund guarantee
Every order is covered by our top-up guarantee: if a delivery cannot be completed, you are refunded in full — automatically in most cases.
Refunds for failed deliveries are returned to your FlashTopup wallet so you can re-order instantly. Where a refund to the original payment method is required, our team will arrange it.
If you were charged but the order didn't complete
Occasionally a payment is taken but the confirmation is delayed. Check your Orders page first — the order may already be completing. If the amount was deducted but no order appears after a few minutes, contact support with the payment reference and we'll reconcile it and refund or deliver as appropriate.
Payment amounts (crypto / Binance Pay)
When paying with a crypto method such as Binance Pay, always send the exact amount shown on the payment screen. Sending a different amount can delay automatic verification — if that happens, keep your transaction ID and contact support.

Check your Orders page first. If the amount was deducted and nothing shows after a few minutes, contact support with the payment reference and we'll refund or deliver it.
Refunds for failed deliveries are usually returned to your wallet automatically and immediately. Refunds to an original payment method may take longer depending on the provider.
Both work. Paying from your wallet is faster for repeat purchases because you don't re-enter payment details each time.
The amount shown on the payment screen is the exact amount to send. Always copy it precisely so the payment is verified automatically.
