flashtopup.com is operated by FlashTopup LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States ("FlashTopup", "we", "us"). We sell digital goods — game top-ups, game keys, gift cards, vouchers and software — to customers worldwide.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us — or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By ordering you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the site is lawful where you are.

An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract once we accept your payment. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund it in full — if the item is out of stock, priced wrongly by mistake, if we suspect fraud, or where completing it would breach a law or sanction that applies to us.

Some products need details from you, such as a player ID or the region of your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; a top-up or key delivered to the details you supplied has been delivered correctly.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Prices are shown in the store currency before you confirm; where a payment method adds a charge, the amount is shown on the order summary first. You represent that any payment method you use is yours to use.

Delivery is digital. Keys, codes and top-ups appear in Orders & Keys in your account and are also sent to your email address. Most orders complete within minutes; some are checked by hand and can take longer, in which case the order sits in "processing" until we hand it over.

Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be taken back, so all sales are final once a code has been revealed or a top-up has been credited, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a code does not work, tell us within 48 hours and we will verify it and replace it or refund you. If we cannot deliver an order at all, we refund it in full through the method you paid with.

If you have a problem with an order, contact support first — almost everything is fixable within hours. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback on an order that was delivered as described is treated as payment fraud: we may suspend the account, revoke undelivered items bought with the disputed payment, and contest the dispute with our delivery records.

Many products only work in certain regions or on certain platforms. Where that is the case it is stated on the product page. A code that fails because it was bought for the wrong region is not refundable, so please check before you order.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. One person may not hold multiple accounts to evade limits or promotions.

Do not resell our codes as your own without a reseller agreement, attempt to defraud us or other customers, use stolen payment credentials, probe or interfere with the running of the site, or use it in violation of U.S. export controls and sanctions. We may close an account that does and cancel its undelivered orders.

Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their publishers; we use them to identify the products we sell. The site's own design, text and software belong to FlashTopup LLC. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, notify us via support with the details required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and we will act on it promptly.

The site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not control — and are not responsible for — a publisher's decision to change, restrict, ban, or discontinue a game, account or service after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashTopup LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlashTopup LLC and its officers, employees and agents harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the U.S. state in which FlashTopup LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of the state in which FlashTopup LLC is organized, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only individually, not as a class action, to the extent such waivers are enforceable in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
