Orders & Delivery

How orders are processed, how fast delivery is, how to track an order, and what to do if one is delayed.

Almost every product on FlashTopup is delivered automatically the moment your payment is confirmed — most orders land in your game or account within seconds, 24 hours a day.

This guide explains exactly how an order moves from checkout to delivery, how to track it, and the few cases where an order needs a little longer.

How an order is processed

Every order follows the same simple flow:

  • Choose your product and the package (amount) you want.
  • Enter the required details — for game top-ups this is usually your Player ID (and server/zone where applicable).
  • Pick how you want to pay: wallet balance, card, a local payment method, or crypto.
  • Confirm. As soon as the payment is verified, our system delivers the order automatically.

How fast is delivery?

The large majority of top-ups, vouchers and gift cards are fully automated and complete in seconds. A small number of products are processed by an upstream provider and can take a few minutes at peak times.

You never need to keep the page open — once the payment clears, delivery continues on our side and the order status updates on your orders page.

Tracking your order

Open your Orders page to see the live status of every purchase. Each order shows the product, the amount, the details you entered, the payment method and the current status.

  • Pending — payment is being confirmed.
  • Processing — payment confirmed; the order is being delivered.
  • Completed — successfully delivered to your account.
  • Failed / Refunded — delivery could not be completed and the amount is returned (see Payments & Refunds).

If an order is delayed or stuck

First, check the order status on your Orders page. If it shows Completed but you can't see the items in-game, fully close and reopen the game, or wait a couple of minutes for the game's own servers to refresh.

If an order stays in Pending or Processing for longer than expected, contact support with your order reference and we'll resolve it quickly. If a delivery genuinely fails, you are fully refunded.

Frequently asked

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within seconds. A few provider-processed products can take a few minutes at busy times.

My order says completed but I don't see it in the game.

Restart the game so its servers refresh. If it's still missing after a few minutes, contact support with your order reference.

Can I cancel an order after paying?

Automated orders deliver almost instantly, so they generally can't be cancelled once paid. If a delivery fails, it is refunded automatically.

I entered the wrong Player ID — what now?

Contact support immediately with your order reference. If the order hasn't been delivered yet we may be able to help; once delivered to the wrong ID it usually can't be reversed, so always double-check your ID before paying.
