➤ All sales of digital game credits, gift cards, and PC game keys are final.
➤ Orders are only delivered once KYC / identity verification is completed for the purchaser from credit cards.
➤ Digital products are delivered instantly after verification to your account, email, or device upon purchase.
➤ We cannot exchange or refund digital products already delivered.
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
➤ Technical errors on our part that prevent product delivery.
➤ Verified fraudulent transactions (where your account or payment method was compromised).
➤ Requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for:

➤ Account suspension or termination.

➤ Wallet credits are non-refundable, except in cases of verified fraud or legal requirement.
➤ Wallet credits can only be used to purchase authorized digital products on our platform.
➤ Wallet credits may expire after 24+ months of inactivity.
